Description

Evotech Performance engine guards fit using the existing mountings and requires no modification.

Our engine guard are CNC machined from aircraft quality aluminium.

The BMW R 1250 RS engine guard is finished  in a black powder coating for longevity.

All required fixings are supplied in the kit.

Easy to follow pictorial instructions are available for download.

Delivery

  • UK – Royal Mail 48hrs to 72hrs – Expected delivery time of 2-3 working days
  • Europe – UPS Standard – Expected delivery time of 4-5 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – Royal Mail Airmail (International Priority):
    • Europe – 6-8 working days
    • Rest of the world – 8-15 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express – 2-3 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express Saver – 4-5 working days
  • Please also note that following the UK’s exit from the EU on 31 January 2021, we have become aware of some additional charges, which are payable when your parcel reaches the destination country. These include small disbursement fees or handling fees on orders placed with UPS or Royal Mail. These additional charges are dependent on the destination country. 

Next day delivery

  • Monday to Thursday orders placed before 12pm midday will ship the same day for next day delivery (excludes bank holidays)
  • Friday orders by 12:00 midday are expected to be delivered on Monday (excludes bank holidays)
  • Saturday and Sunday orders are expected to be delivered the following Tuesday (excludes bank holidays)
  • Bank holidays and weekend orders will normally be shipped next working day.

Functional, sharp and sporty

Wonderful case protection. The black anodized and curve fitting full coverage guard fits the case wonderfully, and can be installed in minutes.

Form over substance.

It is very nicely made from CNC aluminium, unlike the competitors' engine guards which are generally plastic. It fits the lines of the engine block very nicely and it looks like it is part of the bike. BUT:
1. It is small and only covers the central area of the block (which admittedly gets most of the crud). It does not cover the edges and top of the engine block like the competitors' plastic guards do, so you still get some crud in these areas.
2. The "neoprene" protective sticker for the top of the guard, is pretty naff. Mine came very squished in the package and it never properly recovered its shape.
