The crash bobbins are very good quality.

These crash bungs and fittings are great quality - I got a good sense of that as I took all the various items from their individual packaging - and they fit perfectly on the bike, with my aux lights hanging underneath them just right.

It was a bit of an exercise in fitting them to my 2025 XR because lots of panels needed to be taken off, but it's not a difficult task, just a bit time-consuming, and I was careful to keep track of all the various fasteners and screws and how they were fitted. The instruction video on the EvoTech site takes you through all the various steps in detail.

Once fitted, my aux lights are pretty much in the same position they were with the OEM brackets, and I now have the reassurance of the bobbins protruding beyond the aux lights, giving me some reassurance that should anything happen, it won't be as bad as it could have been.

All in all, a great, high quality product and I'm very happy with them.

This Stand Foot Extension Plate is a perfect fit for the foot on my 2024 XR, it increases the area on the ground and is super-stable. It’s clearly a quality piece of kit; weighty and solid. Can recommend.

I recently bought a tail tidy for my other bike. I was so impressed with it I bought one for my Z900RS. Not as easy to fit as Z1100 but not difficult. Usual quality that is always top notch from Evotech.

I used the R&G instructions to remove the fairings. I recommend removing the belly pan and supporting the engine with a Jack to prevent any misalignment when replacing the engine bolts. Replace them one at a time and don’t fully tighten any of the assembly until all seated. That said it all went together perfectly and was easy. Be aware you will need large Alan key sockets to torque the new bolts. The only YouTube vid I could find was someone that didn’t support the engine and threaded an engine bolt so I was pretty worried starting the fit. Hope this helps. The crash bobbins are great once installed. Very happy with them.
