Evotech Front Spindle Bobbins - BMW R 1300 R (2025+)

The video was very helpful, and made it an extremely easy job to fit, even for someone like me, who is spanner averse and good at messing things up. The guard fitted perfectly and is good value for money.

Have used evotech before and these were up to the usual high standard and worth the cost.

This is a quality product - The online video for installation is done well - Very clear & informative. Anyone with basic mechanical skills can install this product. I did mess up the head on 2 of the small screws that hold on the Turn signals, because of a worn out tool of mine. I emailed if they could send me two more screws (I would like to have 4) but I was told no. For as expensive as this was - I would have hoped for a little love. But that didn’t happen. But the product was great and of high quality!!!

Lots of gadgets and gimmicks out there, this is a simple and easy to use, reasonably priced solution.

Quality product and would highly recommend as a replacement to the plastic OEM guard. One negative is the size of the bolts as the heads are very small compared to the OEM ones and can be hard to start the thread. However with a little perseverance the job was complete and looks great.

I put a pair of these on my garage wall as home for the 37L panniers when not in use. Sufficient options with the number of pre-drilled holes. The panniers hang on tabs that hook into the lid additional luggage bars. This creates a cantelever effect, strengthen the support with no danger of the bags weight pulling the bracket loose. Also, means the mounting rails that attach to the bike are not used, so no risk of damage. They look simple, but a lot of thought went into them. Tip: when placing the panniers, present then at 45 degrees away (bottom out from wall) for a clean hook up on the tabs.

Really simple and works perfectly. Cant be used with a tank bag as not enough clearance but worked a treat and looks really neat on the bike
