What does an EP Radiator Guard deliver?

The EP radiator guard protects the Suzuki V-Strom 650XT radiator from damage caused by road debris (stones, mud, dropped waste etc), while at the same time allowing cool air to pass through. The radiator's thin, soft aluminium cooling fins easily bend, and misaligned fins can restrict cooling air, which can lead to overheating. The radiator's internal cores are also susceptible to being holed by stones that can be picked up by the front tyre or other traffic and flung directly into the radiator. Leaking coolant will make the V-Strom 650XT overheat, which, in turn, can lead to engine damage.

Next day delivery

Nice fit Easy Install

Taking the 3 Screws out and applying the screen was very simple. You had to make sure the two top clips overhung the edge of the radiator then tightening the bottom bolt made everything nice and snug.

Great radiator guard and fit my 2018 V-Strom 650 perfectly. Just a shame it arrived slightly twis...

Great radiator guard and fit my 2018 V-Strom 650 perfectly. Just a shame it arrived slightly twisted but being sheet metal I was able to bend back to proper form. I think this was mostly just a manufacturing thing and not due to shipping as there were no cracks in the paint.
