Evotech Triumph Scrambler 400 X Tail Tidy (2024+)

A well thought out product of very high quality. The kit itself has absolutely everything you need to fit it, even down to zip ties and number plate screws. Out of the box the tail tidy seemed disproportionately light for its size and strength, which is a win on any motorcycle. Fitting was relatively easy with the pictorial instructions online, there is probably a you tube video too. You only need basic tools and a couple of hours. I didn’t find the bullet connectors on the wiring particularly confidence inspiring so I fitted new ones. Although the wiring itself is well constructed and has good labelling so that tells me that the problem was when the connectors were manufactured and nothing to do with Evotech. These things happen, and in Evotech’s defence I didn’t contact them so they didn’t have the chance to correct it. Which I have every confidence they would have. My only other niggle would be the reflector. I did get a reflector in the kit but in previous kits that I have bought there was a plastic carrier for the reflector which finished the tail tidy off and made it look like it was a factory fitted item. I feel like I’ve been a little over critical on this review since the tail tidy is of exceptional quality and provides excellent value for money. If I had to buy another one, hands down it would be the Evotech unit and I do highly recommended it.

Just got my brand new Trident 800 and one of the first things I wanted to do was change the levers. Having read the reviews on the Evotechs I took the plunge. Wow, I never thought how much difference they would make but they actually give me greater confidence in the bike. They are so well engineered and they look amazing. Their action is silky smooth and the fact they are both adjustable just adds to their quality. Can’t recommended highly enough.

Just hit the "buy now" button. If you've purchased Evotech before then you know the quality is always on point. This didn't disappoint. Fitting took approx 5 mins, in fact it took longer to unpack and do the minor prep session on the guard. Of course the fitting time is down to bike design also and on the 990 duke it really is so simple. The guard looks great and really finishes off the front end . It's always one of the first accessories I purchase for any new bike for peace of mind, nobody wants a stone through their radiator or see any damaged fins. That's why it's always an Evotech I go for. Don't even bother looking elsewhere you will regret it.
