Really well made and packaged product. Delivery was quick and painless.
The installation videos made everything very straight forwards - the only “tip” I would offer is to install the final interface plate on to the mount before reassembling the windscreen. It makes access to the screws slightly easier. My guess is that it is easier to make the videos with this assembly order, but apologies Evotech if there is a mechanical reason - it worked for me. That aside, the video was spot on, even for someone with very limited mechanical experience.
The final positioning of the phone is perfect. Just above the Tiger main screen, although a note, I have the phone in landscape orientation. If you need it in portrait view it might obscure the display / foul the back of the windscreen. Vibrations from the Peak Design mount seem minimal and the attachment is easy and seems secure. Visually, the mount is great.
I am planning to upgrade to a Garmin at some point and I’m hoping to simply swap out the interface plate.
