While we don’t like to be the ones to wish away the year, we’re really enjoying the 2019 racing season and can’t wait to see who’s crowned the champions when the on-track action comes to an end in a few weeks’ time. So to celebrate another successful season, we’ve teamed up with some of our racing partners to launch our biggest ever free prize draw.

Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions apply to the EP (Evotech Performance) free prize draw (“The Promotion”). Entry to the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions, therefore, please read carefully.
- The promoter of the Promotion is Evotech Performance, whose registered office is at Beechings Way, Alford, LN13 9JE (“the Promoter”).
- In the first instance, this Promotion is open to all entrants (excluding employees of the Promoter, third parties involved in the Promotion and their families). However, please see below for additional Terms and Conditions relating to prize restrictions and allocation of individual prizes.
- Ron Haslam Race School tickets T&Cs
- Due to the location of Honda Ron Haslam Race School and the short timescales attached to the competition, this prize can only be won by a UK resident.
- To be eligible for this Prize, entrants need to be over 18 and have a full motorcycle licence.
- There shall be two (2) prizes (“the Prize”) which consists of:
- Two (2) Premier Experience day places at the Honda Ron Haslam Race School at Donington Park, UK on Wednesday 2 October 2019.
- In accepting the Prize, the Winner and their guest agree to comply with all relevant terms and conditions as set out by the Honda Ron Haslam Race School for this experience. More information about the terms and conditions and any exclusions can be obtained by telephoning the school directly on +44(0)1332 883 323.
- The Winner is also responsible for:
- travel to and from the Donington Park race circuit plus any car parking expenses incurred at the venue
- arranging travel insurance/personal medical insurance with repatriation for themselves and their guest, if required
- the cost of any other optional activities at the event.
- Tickets to BSB Round 11, Donington Park, UK T&Cs
- Due to the location and the short timescales attached to the competition, this prize can only be won by a UK resident.
- To be eligible for this Prize, entrants need to be over 18.
- There shall be one (1) prize (“the Prize”) which consists of:
- Two (2) general weekend entry tickets to BSB Round 11, Donington Park, UK on 4-6 October 2019.
- The Winner is responsible for:
- travel to and from the Donington Park race circuit plus any car parking expenses incurred at the venue
- the cost of any other optional activities at the event.
- Tickets to MotoGP, Valencia T&Cs
- To be eligible for this Prize, entrants need to be over 18 and based in the UK, Austria, Spain, Italy or Germany.
- There shall be one (1) prize (“the Prize”) which consists of:
- Two (2) general entry/grandstand tickets to the final round of MotoGP at Circuit Ricardo Tormo, Valencia, Spain on 17 November 2019.
- The Winner is responsible for:
- travel to and from the Ricardo Tormo race circuit in Valencia, Spain and all associated travel expenses plus optional expenses incurred at the venue.
- Exclusive money-can’t-buy signed BSB memorabilia
- There shall be one (1) prize (“the Prize”) which consists of:
- Exclusive racing memorabilia from PBM Be Wiser Ducati
- Exclusive racing memorabilia from Smiths Racing BMW
- Exclusive racing memorabilia from McAMS.

- There shall be two (2) prizes (“the Prize”) which consists of:
- One (1) EP Carbon Fibre T-bar holder (PRN013942-01)
- One (1) EP Stainless Steel Parts Tray (PRN009158-01)
- One (1) limited edition EP mug and coaster set.
- To enter the Promotion, entrants need to upload a photo of their motorcycle fitted with Evotech Performance accessories to their Facebook, Twitter or Instagram profile, tagging #EPEpicPrize. To ensure that their entry is visible and therefore entered into the free prize draw, they should ensure that their post is set to ‘public’.
- The entrants also agree for Evotech Performance to share the entrants’ data (i.e. name, social media handle and email address) to the third party partners associated with this competition for marketing purposes (if requested). This includes Tyco BMW, PBM Be Wiser Ducati, McAMS, Smiths Racing and Fandom Pay.
- No minimum spend is required. Entries submitted in any other manner will not be accepted. Only one entry per person.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete entries or entries not properly received due to technical, communication or other problems.
- The Promotion will run from 12pm (noon) on Monday 23 September 2019 to 10am on Monday 30 September 2019 (“the Closing Date”).
- Users entering the prize draw after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Promotion.
- In the first instance, seven (7) Winners shall be selected at random from those deemed eligible after following the above entry criteria. The prizes will be allocated to Winners in the order outlined above, and will be subject to them fulfilling the T&Cs for the individual prizes. Should they not meet the criteria of that prize, the next prize will be selected. Should the winner not meet the criteria for any of the prizes, they will forfeit the prize.
- The Winner shall be notified by social media – their name will be posted on Evotech Performance’s social media channels and, if possible, will be contacted by direct message from 10am on Monday 30 September 2019 and shall have until 12pm on Monday 30 September 2019 to claim the Prize(s). Further instructions on how to claim the Prize(s) will be provided at this time.
- In the event that the Prize is not claimed by this deadline, the Winner shall forfeit the Prize and the Promoter may select an alternative Winner for the Prize.
- There shall be no cash alternatives to the Prize although the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for that/those of equal value.
- The Prize is not transferable and cannot be resold or given away as a prize.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter shall not enter into correspondence with respect to its decision. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or exclude any individual for inappropriate behaviour including but not limited to:
- tampering with the entry process
- acting in violation of the terms of the Promotion
- submitting entries on behalf of another individual or
- any conduct which would put other entrants at an unfair disadvantage.
- The Winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with the Promotion, including the publication of their names, geographic location and photograph.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the Prize.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something beyond its reasonable control, or that of a third party providing the Prize.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the Winner in connection with the Prize including but not limited to travel, parking, accommodation, food or refreshments.
- Where the Prize involves use of a third party’s goods or services/attendance at a third party’s venue, the Winner will comply with any additional conditions applicable to attendance at/participation in an event/venue.
