EP Radiator Guard for Z900RS
EP Radiator Guards can help to reduce radiator damage from road debris, while the hexagonal matrix hole pattern also provides optimum airflow at all speeds. For the Kawasaki Z900RS, our Radiator Guard is available in two hard wearing finishes and require no chassis modifications to install. The EP Radiator Guard (black) is formed from quality aluminium to mirror the radiator’s bends and curves for that all-important factory-finish look, with a hard-wearing black powder coat finish. The stainless steel version is made from 300 series stainless steel with a slight “brushed” effect final finish.

EP Tail Tidy for Z900RS
The EP Tail Tidy for Z900RS replaces the standard license plate mounting system to give a sleeker profile and truly replicates the 1970s cut down-look that owners graced so many bikes of that era. The main component pieces are of formed aluminium alloy with durable black powder coat finish. Mounting threads are press-fitted inserts for ease of fit. Because of the style of indicators used by Kawasaki, this particular EP Tail Tidy also includes machine aluminium replacement indicator base mounts to ensure a stylish and secure fit of the original Kawasaki indicators. Additional fasteners, wiring grommets and cable-ties are also supplied where required.

EP Crash Protection for Kawasaki ZR900RS
EP Crash Protection can help to reduce the impact of a bike being dropped. EP Crash Protection consists of injection moulded nylon bobbins with anodised aluminium cores to achieve an ideal mechanical connection to the chassis via mounts that are turned from 6000 series aluminium and powder coated black. In-line polyurethane washers enhance shock resistance. The Z900RS Crash Protection comes complete with replacement (cap-head) mounting bolts to provide a fuss-free fit – we can also supply individual replacement crash protection parts if needed.
