If you’re anything like us, you’ll love hearing those four little words… ‘You’ve got a parcel’!

Despite the continued challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, accessories ordered direct from are still being despatched five days per week as usual, in-line with our terms and conditions. We offer a variety of delivery services to suit different budgets, including Royal Mail Tracked, International and UPS Express, and as a general rule, the quicker you want your accessories, the more expensive the shipping will be.

However, since the initial Covid-19 outbreak in 2020, we have been aware of significant delays with deliveries via Royal Mail International services. Unfortunately, orders placed using this delivery method can take up to 35 days to arrive, so if you want your EP accessories in a hurry, it’s best to choose an alternative courier. We’ll always try to highlight any known postage delays at checkout before you place your order, and always provide a tracking number as part of your shipping confirmation so you can follow your order’s journey.

Worldwide pandemic aside, there have also been some additional challenges to navigate, specifically when it comes to international deliveries, since the UK left the European Union on 31 January. While the various postal services, couriers and customs teams adjust to the new rules, we understand that there has been some further disruption to deliveries, which is beyond our control.

We understand how frustrating it can be when an order doesn’t arrive on time, but rest assured, the postal services and couriers we work with will be doing everything they can to get your order to you in the quickest possible time under very difficult circumstances.
