Just as you take out an insurance policy hoping never to call on it, Evotech Crash Bobbins fit to the KTM 890 Duke R hoping never to be used. The large EP crash bobbins extended from the motorcycle’s main frame, intending to receive and withstand impact first should an incident occur, reducing costly repair bills. Evotech’s frame slider kit has accurate fitting to the motorcycle, including a load-sharing through-bar and nylon polymer bobbins which are strengthened within by an aluminium core.

Delivery

  • UK – Royal Mail 48hrs to 72hrs – Expected delivery time of 2-3 working days
  • Europe – UPS Standard – Expected delivery time of 4-5 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – Royal Mail Airmail (International Priority):
    • Europe – 6-8 working days
    • Rest of the world – 8-15 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express – 2-3 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express Saver – 4-5 working days
  • Please also note that following the UK’s exit from the EU on 31 January 2021, we have become aware of some additional charges, which are payable when your parcel reaches the destination country. These include small disbursement fees or handling fees on orders placed with UPS or Royal Mail. These additional charges are dependent on the destination country. 

Next day delivery

  • Monday to Thursday orders placed before 12pm midday will ship the same day for next day delivery (excludes bank holidays)
  • Friday orders by 12:00 midday are expected to be delivered on Monday (excludes bank holidays)
  • Saturday and Sunday orders are expected to be delivered the following Tuesday (excludes bank holidays)
  • Bank holidays and weekend orders will normally be shipped next working day.

Worth the money

You may find Evotech costs a bit more than some other brands but put them side by side and the difference in quality and engineering is obvious. From the lovely stainless hardware to the super strong powder coating you can’t go wrong.

Great bit of kit

Crash bobbins are a must and are of outstanding quality. A little fiddly to fit but once you get some order in the fittings its no bother at all. Would highly recommend using Evotech, fast delivery and great service.
