Why should I fit Evotech Bar End Weights (Touring) to my BMW?

Motorcycle handlebar ends often receive knocks and scrapes during regular use. When it is time to renew them, Evotech Bar End Weights (Touring) for the BMW S 1000 R are high quality replacements to BMW’s original handlebar weights. Precision crafted from stainless steel, Evotech Bar End Weights are given a matt, black powder-coating for added durability. Evotech Performance’s bike-specific installation design ensures an accurate and secure fit to your motorcycle. This Touring design is the larger option of the two handlebar weights offered by Evotech Performance.

 

Note: When fitting Evotech Bar End Weights, it is the rider’s responsibility to ensure the motorcycle’s throttle action (correct free-play, smooth opening and closing of the throttle, etc) is not impaired in any way. Evotech Bar End Weights are designed to be used only with the OE throttle tube and handlebar grip.

Delivery

  • UK – Royal Mail 48hrs to 72hrs – Expected delivery time of 2-3 working days
  • Europe – UPS Standard – Expected delivery time of 4-5 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – Royal Mail Airmail (International Priority):
    • Europe – 6-8 working days
    • Rest of the world – 8-15 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express – 2-3 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express Saver – 4-5 working days
  • Please also note that following the UK’s exit from the EU on 31 January 2021, we have become aware of some additional charges, which are payable when your parcel reaches the destination country. These include small disbursement fees or handling fees on orders placed with UPS or Royal Mail. These additional charges are dependent on the destination country. 

Next day delivery

  • Monday to Thursday orders placed before 12pm midday will ship the same day for next day delivery (excludes bank holidays)
  • Friday orders by 12:00 midday are expected to be delivered on Monday (excludes bank holidays)
  • Saturday and Sunday orders are expected to be delivered the following Tuesday (excludes bank holidays)
  • Bank holidays and weekend orders will normally be shipped next working day.

Evotech Weighted Bar Ends (Touring) BMW S1000RR Gen 3

Quick delivery, very well packaged, quality build and design, good weight and really does help reduce (not eliminate) the vibration through the bars.
I still get some vibrations, like when shutting off the power, (most noticeable) but cruising and during acceleration I really notice a difference.
Very happy, would highly recommend.
