What is Spindle Bobbins Crash Protection?

Manufactured from injection-moulded matt black nylon, EP Spindle Bobbins for the BMW S 1000 XR offer robust crash protection. With the additional support from the aluminium inner, the spindle bobbins aim to be the first to take impact in an incident and hold the costly front forks, brake calipers and rear swingarm away from harm. The innovative EP design allows the nylon bobbins to rotate above the aluminium to decrease wear and stress on the wheel.

S1000XR Frame Sliders

These took a little while to get back in stock but they were well worth the wait. I much prefer the quality of Evotech above the other brands as the build quality is so good. The packaging is spot on and the installation videos are really helpful. They were good to install and give a great piece of mind especially on this top heavy motorcycle. I also bought the axle protectors which were simple to install and great quality 👍💪
