Why should I fit an EP Brake Lever Protector Kit?

Great for race days or road journeys, Evotech’s Brake Lever Protector Kit for the Ducati Hypermotard 698 Mono is designed to prevent accidental application of the brakes. In fact, brake lever guards are often a requirement for many race tracks or track days. EP Brake Protector Kits come with the further benefit of an innovative mounting system incorporating bike-specific bar end weights. EP’s larger Road option is fabricated from stainless steel to help combat high frequency vibrations that can impact a rider’s hands.  

 

Note: When fitting Evotech Bar End Weights and Evotech Brake Lever Protector Kits, it is the rider’s responsibility to ensure the motorcycle’s throttle action (correct free-play, smooth opening and closing of the throttle, etc) is not impaired in any way. EP Bar End Weights and EP Brake Lever Protector Kits are designed to be used only with the OE throttle tube and handlebar grip.

 

Note: This item can not be installed with the OEM handguards fitted.

  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express Saver – 4-5 working days
  • Please also note that following the UK’s exit from the EU on 31 January 2021, we have become aware of some additional charges, which are payable when your parcel reaches the destination country. Next day delivery

  • Monday to Thursday orders placed before 12pm midday will ship the same day for next day delivery (excludes bank holidays)

  • Saturday and Sunday orders are expected to be delivered the following Tuesday (excludes bank holidays)

Evotech never fails to impress. For the money spent and what you get there is no other brand out there even close. I use their stuff in my Ducati v4s without hesitation.
