What is an Evotech Front Brake Safety Lock?

Likened to the handbrake on a car, The Evotech Front Brake Safety Lock quickly adds to the motorcycle handlebar and front brake lever to hold the brake ‘on’ for safer parking or transport. Leaving the motorcycle in gear is helpful for holding the rear wheel, by adding an Evotech brake hook the same secure hold can be achieved for the front wheel. The Evotech safety clamp helps to avoid the motorbike’s front wheel moving when in transit or when parked on hills or uneven terrain. Produced from lightweight but strong materials, the Evotech accessory can be easily kept in a pocket or panier, ready whenever you need it.

  • UK – Royal Mail 48hrs to 72hrs – Expected delivery time of 2-3 working days
  • Europe – UPS Standard – Expected delivery time of 4-5 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – Royal Mail Airmail (International Priority):
    • Europe – 6-8 working days
    • Rest of the world – 8-15 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express – 2-3 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express Saver – 4-5 working days
  • Please also note that following the UK’s exit from the EU on 31 January 2021, we have become aware of some additional charges, which are payable when your parcel reaches the destination country. Next day delivery

  • Monday to Thursday orders placed before 12pm midday will ship the same day for next day delivery (excludes bank holidays)

Great Fit, quality and price

Good Quality as always from Evotech. Everything fits as expected. My only issue is that the instructions are unclear. They suggest one side of the spindle holding the bobbins is Pre-tightened. It isn't a dnit takes more than the recommended torque to overcome the lock nuts. Nevertheless, an excellent product and great service

Excellent product well made and perfect fit. A little easy to steal from the bike when in use, but quite cheap, so if stolen can be replaced
