What is a motorcycle phone mount?

For access to your smartphone on the move for applications such as audio and GPS, EP have developed the SP Connect compatible Sat Nav Mount.   The bracket, machined from lightweight aluminium and reinforced with EP's signature black powder-coating, can be added to the screen support framework using the step by step online instructions.   With the SP Connect mounting point already incorporated, the rider can affix their smartphone within their chosen SP Connect smartphone case. Fine alteration of the angle of the screen can be made using the wing screws behind the mount.

Note:  Our mounting bracket works in conjunction with SP micro stem mount alu #53122 and the  anti vibration module #53135. SP Connect interface plate #53122, smartphone case, connection wire, and smartphone are not included.

  • UK – Royal Mail 48hrs to 72hrs – Expected delivery time of 2-3 working days
  • Europe – UPS Standard – Expected delivery time of 4-5 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – Royal Mail Airmail (International Priority):
    • Europe – 6-8 working days
    • Rest of the world – 8-15 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express – 2-3 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express Saver – 4-5 working days
  • Please also note that following the UK’s exit from the EU on 31 January 2021, we have become aware of some additional charges, which are payable when your parcel reaches the destination country. These include small disbursement fees or handling fees on orders placed with UPS or Royal Mail. These additional charges are dependent on the destination country. 

Next day delivery

  • Monday to Thursday orders placed before 12pm midday will ship the same day for next day delivery (excludes bank holidays)
  • Friday orders by 12:00 midday are expected to be delivered on Monday (excludes bank holidays)
  • Saturday and Sunday orders are expected to be delivered the following Tuesday (excludes bank holidays)
  • Bank holidays and weekend orders will normally be shipped next working day.

Nice mount with little hiccups

Overall the mount is nice, easy to install. Phone positioning is just as right as it needs to be. The only issues are:
1. It is now harder to change windshield height on the go, since the handle is now behind my iPhone.
2. The rubber 3M part, which is glued onto the mount, tends to "sail away" from the designated installation spot, when adjusting windshield height too often.
Other than that, I find the product is top quality and certainly lives up to my expectations.

Little imperfections in the powder coating towards the threads.

Little imperfections in the powder coating towards the threads. Should be expressed better, that SP-Connect is NOT included (just written somewhere at the bottom of the details). Overall great looking product and good functionality! PS.: a thin rubber gasket on the lower clamping piece to prevent the OEM piece from scratching would be awesome.
