What is a motorcycle phone mount?

For access to your smartphone on the move for applications such as audio and GPS, EP have developed the Quad Lock compatible Sat Nav Mount.   The bracket, machined from lightweight aluminium and reinforced with EP's signature black powder-coating, can be added to the screen support framework using the step by step online instructions.   With the quad lock mounting point already incorporated, the rider can affix their smartphone within their chosen Quad Lock smartphone case. Fine alteration of the angle of the screen can be made using the wing screws behind the mount.

Note: Quad Lock interface smartphone case, connection wire, and smartphone are not included.

Delivery

  • UK – Royal Mail 48hrs to 72hrs – Expected delivery time of 2-3 working days
  • Europe – UPS Standard – Expected delivery time of 4-5 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – Royal Mail Airmail (International Priority):
    • Europe – 6-8 working days
    • Rest of the world – 8-15 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express – 2-3 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express Saver – 4-5 working days
  • Please also note that following the UK’s exit from the EU on 31 January 2021, we have become aware of some additional charges, which are payable when your parcel reaches the destination country. These include small disbursement fees or handling fees on orders placed with UPS or Royal Mail. These additional charges are dependent on the destination country. 

Next day delivery

  • Monday to Thursday orders placed before 12pm midday will ship the same day for next day delivery (excludes bank holidays)
  • Friday orders by 12:00 midday are expected to be delivered on Monday (excludes bank holidays)
  • Saturday and Sunday orders are expected to be delivered the following Tuesday (excludes bank holidays)
  • Bank holidays and weekend orders will normally be shipped next working day.

Il supporto è facile da montare e comodo per la visualizzazione rapida delle informazioni dello smartphone/navigatore su strada. Ho abbinato un anti-vibrazioni per smartphone della quad-lock ma si è rivelato inutile in quanto per come è concepito il supporto stesso (monobraccio fissato solo alla base del cupolino) le vibrazioni si ripercuotono dalla base a tutto il braccio facendo vibrare molto lo smartphone. Ovviamente è una cosa non risolvibile ma per la comodità di avere lo smartphone subito sotto agli occhi senza dover distogliere lo sguardo dalla strada, posso sorvolare sul discorso vibrazioni.
