Will bespoke crash protection be hard to fit to my Triumph?

Fitting is incredibly easy with Evotech Crash Protection for the Triumph Thruxton RS, following the step-by-step online instructions. The bespoke design is installed onto existing mounting points, extending Evotech’s large nylon polymer crash bungs on both sides of the motorcycle, intending to reduce damage to the motorcycle’s main frame should an incident occur. The CNC-machined aluminium spacers, mounting brackets and cross bar are finished with Evotech’s discreet, durable black powder-coating whilst all replacement fasteners, including stainless steel bolts are included in the kit.

  • UK – Royal Mail 48hrs to 72hrs – Expected delivery time of 2-3 working days
  • Europe – UPS Standard – Expected delivery time of 4-5 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – Royal Mail Airmail (International Priority):
    • Europe – 6-8 working days
    • Rest of the world – 8-15 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express – 2-3 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express Saver – 4-5 working days
  • Please also note that following the UK’s exit from the EU on 31 January 2021, we have become aware of some additional charges, which are payable when your parcel reaches the destination country. Next day delivery

  • Monday to Thursday orders placed before 12pm midday will ship the same day for next day delivery (excludes bank holidays)

solid piece of kit

Bought the crash protection and front wheel spindle for my Thruxton FE. I was impressed by how well made it was, fitting went well and does not look too intrusive on the bike. Goes well with the blacked out engine case. Hopefully will not be needed, but piece of mind if I should drop the bike. The instructions for the Thruxton R/T120 are the correct instructions to follow for the RS/FE (at the time of writing).

Great looking crash bars - really suit my Thruxton RS

These bars blend in really well, and improve the way my 2022 RS looks. Although I needed two extra bolts as there are two frame types, these were sent next day delivery! Easy to fit, but do so using a paddock stand or bench to keep everything aligned.

Great product. Easy to install, though I wish the correct torque setting would follow the assembly instruction .
