Are EP Bar End Weights for my Triumph Tiger 900 worth it?

In short, yes! Evotech Bar End Weights for the Triumph Tiger 900 are precision-machined from stainless steel, adding weight to either end of the handlebars to greatly reduce unwanted high-frequency handlebar vibrations. The two part system, a bespoke design for this motorcycle, allows you to easily replace the handlebar ends whilst retaining Triumph’s original handguard protection. Fitting is easy, following the online instructions, with all required parts included in the kit.

 

Note: When fitting Evotech Bar End Weights and Evotech Brake Lever Protector Kits, it is the rider’s responsibility to ensure the motorcycle’s throttle action (correct free-play, smooth opening and closing of the throttle, etc) is not impaired in any way. EP Bar End Weights and EP Brake Lever Protector Kits are designed to be used only with the OE throttle tube and handlebar grip.

  • UK – Royal Mail 48hrs to 72hrs – Expected delivery time of 2-3 working days
  • Europe – UPS Standard – Expected delivery time of 4-5 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – Royal Mail Airmail (International Priority):
    • Europe – 6-8 working days
    • Rest of the world – 8-15 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express – 2-3 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express Saver – 4-5 working days
  • Please also note that following the UK’s exit from the EU on 31 January 2021, we have become aware of some additional charges, which are payable when your parcel reaches the destination country. These include small disbursement fees or handling fees on orders placed with UPS or Royal Mail. These additional charges are dependent on the destination country. 

Next day delivery

  • Monday to Thursday orders placed before 12pm midday will ship the same day for next day delivery (excludes bank holidays)
  • Friday orders by 12:00 midday are expected to be delivered on Monday (excludes bank holidays)
  • Saturday and Sunday orders are expected to be delivered the following Tuesday (excludes bank holidays)

Excellent addition to my bike.

I fitted bar end weights to my Triumph Tiger 900GT prior to a tour of the Alps lasting 12 days. The vibrations were massively reduced allowing me to ride for up to 2 1/2 hours at a time.

I have Arthritic issues in my wrists & fingers which makes my joint pain much worse due to the vibration inherent in the 2020 Tiger 900 GT. I couldn't
believe these bar end weights would have much impact but I couldn't be more wrong.

Game Changer

The bar ends have made a massive difference with the vibes on the tiger 900. I would say the vibration has reduced by around 75% and feels so much smoother. I am very pleased with the quality and the ease of fitment. I would highly recommend these for a better feeling ride.
