I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent order I placed with you for delivery to Bulgaria. Although your product is absolutely amazing and I totally love the way the protectors are looking at my bike, I am disappointed by the shipping costs. After already paying the full amount at checkout—including UK VAT—I was surprised to be contacted by Bulgarian customs and asked to pay additional VAT before my parcel could be released.

As a customer purchasing from outside the UK, I had expected the VAT situation to be handled clearly and transparently. It is disappointing to find that, despite having already paid VAT in the UK, I am now being charged again locally, essentially paying tax twice. This was not communicated during the ordering process, nor were any expectations set around potential customs or import fees.

I would appreciate clarification on this situation and whether EvoTech is able to support in resolving it or advising on how such charges can be avoided in the future. At the very least, it would be helpful if this was made clearer on your website for international customers.
