Wiring Layout:

Red Wire = Connect to positive + terminal on the battery

Black Wire = Connect to negative - terminal on the battery

White Wire = Connect to a switch live that is part of the ignition system or direct to positive + terminal on the battery

  • UK – Royal Mail 48hrs to 72hrs – Expected delivery time of 2-3 working days
  • Europe – UPS Standard – Expected delivery time of 4-5 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – Royal Mail Airmail (International Priority):
    • Europe – 6-8 working days
    • Rest of the world – 8-15 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express – 2-3 working days

Great quality USB charger

It looks and feels good quality and I am confident it regulates output voltage correctly, compared with cheaper options that have questionable reviews. Plenty of options for mounting the socket (still can't figure out where the 50mm bolt supplied is supposed to go, but didn't need it!) and good length cable so lots of options for routing. I connected to a Thunderbox so no need to use the switched live connection. Works great and feels like it will last. Waterproof cap on socket also seems robust but haven't tested its waterproofing capabilities yet!

Slow Charge

I connected this to a 12V 5A switched supply. Over a 5 hour period it couldn’t keep up with my iPhone rate of discharge using Apple Maps and a Cardo head set. So much so that I have had to offload other apps and functions and I certainly can’t charge my action cam at the same time. So now I am looking for alternative solutions.

Bits missing. A large bolt was supplied with holder for USB. No idea how you thought the bolt was going to fit anywhere. Supplied my own **** and nut to fix the other holder as the small ones you supplied were not long enough
