What is Spindle Bobbins Crash Protection?

EP Front Spindle Bobbins for the Moto Guzzi Stelvio offer protection to the front forks and brake calipers. A stainless steel spindle rod fits through the front wheel holding in place an aluminium spacer covered by an hard-wearing nylon bobbin head. Should the unfortunate occur, EP's innovative design allows the slider to flow with the impact grab. The strong aluminium is intended to be first to receive impact, hoping to minimise damage to the front end.
