While I am satisfied with the product, it was shipped missing parts. After emailing them, I was told to double check to make sure I didn't overlook the missing items (which I did 2x before emailing them). They did "try" to correct things by mailing me some of the missing parts, but I'm still missing some. Fortunately, I have bar end weight that fits where the missing part was supposed to go and that works, but I specifically identified the missing parts in my email and it's very disappointing that they still didn't deliver what was paid for. Aside from that, I stand behind their products. The build quality is good and my prior experience with EvoTech was great, but since they screwed it up not once but twice, I have to take 2 stars off. I would not let this one bad experience prevent me from buying from them again, but next time I'm not going to accept missing parts. I was fortunate enough to have something myself that works, next time maybe not.
Good quality overall, expect for screws which are a bit delicate and have a different head from BMW originals. A lost opportunity they have not included a firmer grip solution to the handlebar inner side, to this side they rely only on the original hand guard fixing which is very weak. No instructions included, they have to be downloaded
