What does an EP Radiator Guard deliver?

An EP Radiator Guard protects the Suzuki V-Strom 800 RE radiator from damage while allowing cooling air to pass through. The radiator's delicate cooling fins easily bend, and misaligned fins can restrict cooling air, which can lead to overheating. The radiator's internal waterways are very prone to being holed by stones, debris etc; all usually picked up and flung directly into the radiator from the front tyre or other traffic. Leaking coolant will make the V-Strom 800 RE inoperable because of overheating, which can result in engine damage.

  • UK – Royal Mail 48hrs to 72hrs – Expected delivery time of 2-3 working days
  • Europe – UPS Standard – Expected delivery time of 4-5 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – Royal Mail Airmail (International Priority):
    • Europe – 6-8 working days
    • Rest of the world – 8-15 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express – 2-3 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express Saver – 4-5 working days
  • Please also note that following the UK’s exit from the EU on 31 January 2021, we have become aware of some additional charges, which are payable when your parcel reaches the destination country. These include small disbursement fees or handling fees on orders placed with UPS or Royal Mail. These additional charges are dependent on the destination country. 

Next day delivery

  • Monday to Thursday orders placed before 12pm midday will ship the same day for next day delivery (excludes bank holidays)
  • Friday orders by 12:00 midday are expected to be delivered on Monday (excludes bank holidays)
  • Saturday and Sunday orders are expected to be delivered the following Tuesday (excludes bank holidays)
  • Bank holidays and weekend orders will normally be shipped next working day.

V Strom 800RE radiator guard

Excellent product. Fitted in 5 minutes after watching instuction video on Evotech site. Much better than previous radiator guards I've installed on previous bikes as it comes with rubber dampers that prevent rattles and rubbing.

Vstrom Guard

Guard was dispatched and delivered very quickly. Very easy to fit, especially after watching the short installation video. The Guard's subtle black appearance suits the bike, as everything else in that area is black with the exception of the OEM radiator grills. Happy with the product.
