What is an Evotech Brake Lever Protector Kit for?

Born on the race track, and now a common sight on road motorcycles, Evotech Brake Protectors guard the motorcycle brake lever from unexpected knocks which could cause unwanted incidents. The Evotech Lever Protector Kit for the Suzuki Hayabusa has a model-specific fitting design to add a lever guard to the right-hand handlebar end with a left-hand bar end weight. With aerodynamic shaping to the lever guard, the EP Road style is the more robust of the options available.

  • UK – Royal Mail 48hrs to 72hrs – Expected delivery time of 2-3 working days
  • Europe – UPS Standard – Expected delivery time of 4-5 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – Royal Mail Airmail (International Priority):
    • Europe – 6-8 working days
    • Rest of the world – 8-15 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express – 2-3 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express Saver – 4-5 working days
  • Please also note that following the UK’s exit from the EU on 31 January 2021, we have become aware of some additional charges, which are payable when your parcel reaches the destination country. Next day delivery

  • Monday to Thursday orders placed before 12pm midday will ship the same day for next day delivery (excludes bank holidays)
  • Friday orders by 12:00 midday are expected to be delivered on Monday (excludes bank holidays)
  • Saturday and Sunday orders are expected to be delivered the following Tuesday (excludes bank holidays)
  • Bank holidays and weekend orders will normally be shipped next working day.

Great quality product, but poor fit - it's too long

Usual Evotech packaging and fast delivery, and opening the box the lever guard and bar ends looked up to usual Evotech high quality. However, when fitted, the return on the lever guard fouls the upper fairing on lock, and would only work if tilted up a few degrees (but that looks wrong). Evotech only suggested return for refund and, running out of time with a trackday looming in under 2 weeks, and with limited choice of lever guards for the Hayabusa in the UK, I contacted a local metal fabricator who lopped off approx 10mm and tidied up the return on the bar. Problem solved, happy now but at extra cost and time hence the score.
