Will bespoke crash protection be hard to fit to my Triumph?

Fitting is incredibly easy with Evotech Crash Protection for the Triumph Street Twin, following the step-by-step online instructions. The bespoke design is installed onto existing mounting points, extending Evotech’s large nylon polymer crash bungs on both sides of the motorcycle, intending to reduce damage to the motorcycle’s main frame should an incident occur. The CNC-machined aluminium spacers, mounting brackets and cross bar are finished with Evotech’s discreet, durable black powder-coating whilst all replacement fasteners, including stainless steel bolts are included in the kit.

Delivery

  • UK – Royal Mail 48hrs to 72hrs – Expected delivery time of 2-3 working days
  • Europe – UPS Standard – Expected delivery time of 4-5 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – Royal Mail Airmail (International Priority):
    • Europe – 6-8 working days
    • Rest of the world – 8-15 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express – 2-3 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express Saver – 4-5 working days
  • Please also note that following the UK’s exit from the EU on 31 January 2021, we have become aware of some additional charges, which are payable when your parcel reaches the destination country. These include small disbursement fees or handling fees on orders placed with UPS or Royal Mail. These additional charges are dependent on the destination country. 

Next day delivery

  • Monday to Thursday orders placed before 12pm midday will ship the same day for next day delivery (excludes bank holidays)

  • Saturday and Sunday orders are expected to be delivered the following Tuesday (excludes bank holidays)

Great accessory

Great crash bungs. They don’t spoil the look of the bike at all.

The instructions could have been a little clearer as they missed out the spacers on the picture but it’s very easy to fit otherwise.

Unbeatable, unbreakable

As you expect from EP, this really is the daddy of crash protection. No corners cut, these are not going to let you down. My only grumble is the fit is almost too good, there's no tolerance for wriggle room, which we seemed to need to avoid stripping the threads.
