Why should I fit EP Bar End Weights to my Triumph Tiger Sport 660?

Featuring a bespoke design for a seamless fit, Evotech Bar End Weights for the Triumph Tiger Sport 660 integrate with the original handguards to add weight to the handlebars. CNC-machined from stainless steel, the additional weight combats unwanted high-frequency vibrations for a much more enjoyable ride. Fitting is simple, following Evotech Performance’s online instructions, with all necessary fittings supplied within the kit.

 

Note: When fitting Evotech Bar End Weights, it is the rider’s responsibility to ensure the motorcycle’s throttle action (correct free-play, smooth opening and closing of the throttle, etc) is not impaired in any way. EP Bar End Weights are designed to be used only with the OE throttle tube and handlebar grip.

Delivery

  • UK – Royal Mail 48hrs to 72hrs – Expected delivery time of 2-3 working days
  • Europe – UPS Standard – Expected delivery time of 4-5 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – Royal Mail Airmail (International Priority):
    • Europe – 6-8 working days
    • Rest of the world – 8-15 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express – 2-3 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express Saver – 4-5 working days
  • Please also note that following the UK’s exit from the EU on 31 January 2021, we have become aware of some additional charges, which are payable when your parcel reaches the destination country. Next day delivery

  • Monday to Thursday orders placed before 12pm midday will ship the same day for next day delivery (excludes bank holidays)

The Bar ends for my Triumph Tiger Sport 660 2025 with hand gaurds arrived in good time The packaging is very good and the weights look great and were easy to fit and added extra weight

These bar end weights significantly reduced the vibration and were easy to install, even with hand guards. But USA buyers need to be aware that it currently costs an additional $30(approx) for import duties, tax and the substantial fee DHL charges to collect them.

These work pretty well. The weights don't eliminate the vibrations but do help reduce. Do recommend if you find the bars to be too vibey/buzzy.

Bar end weights

I bought the bar end weights based on suggestions from different forums saying that it would get rid of vibration in my handlebars and grips cause my hand goes numb riding this bike and I wrote it quite a bit and it did not help me whatsoever

Didn't work for me

I read on various forums that these bar ends solved the problem with the handlebar vibration on their Tiger Sport 660 but these only partially solved the problem for me. I still have vibration but it's not as pronounced as before. Also installed grip puppies and now I can ride for over an hour without my hands becoming numb.
