Bought the crash protection and front wheel spindle for my Thruxton FE. I was impressed by how well made it was, fitting went well and does not look too intrusive on the bike. Goes well with the blacked out engine case. Hopefully will not be needed, but piece of mind if I should drop the bike. The instructions for the Thruxton R/T120 are the correct instructions to follow for the RS/FE (at the time of writing).
I found that the Evotech mount was extremely well packaged and really good quality for the price I paid. It fit perfectly on my Suzuki V Strom 650 XT on the stock screen. My TOM TOM 550 satnav is now at the right place for my vision when riding. There is no bounce on the satnav. Yes, I recommend this product.
Overall the quality of materials are very good, and the enviromentally friendly packaging is great,but........ the product was a little let down by poor instructions to fit and the fact i had to modify the product to fit. This item has not had enough room left for the rubber weather cover on the garmin and would render the weather cover useless. This is the second product from evotech that ive had to modify, and 3rd issue to date. Such a shame for what potentially should be the best equipment out there.
