What are Paddock Stand Bobbins?

EP Paddock Stand Bobbins for the Yamaha Tracer 7 GT make raising the rear wheel a simple and secure activity for at home maintenance tasks and storage. Crafted from injection-moulded nylon and holding a press fit inner bush of stainless steel, the bobbins are strong and durable to support the weight of the motorcycle for short tasks or long-term storage. The aluminium spacer ensures optimal positioning of the hourglass shaped bobbins, bringing a controlled anchoring point for C or V cup paddock stands.

Note: EP Paddock Stand Bobbins are designed to support the weight of the motorcycle only. They are not designed to withstand the additional weight of a person sitting on the bike.

UK – Royal Mail 48hrs to 72hrs – Expected delivery time of 2-3 working days
Europe – UPS Standard – Expected delivery time of 4-5 working days
Europe and rest of the world – Royal Mail Airmail (International Priority):
- Europe – 6-8 working days
- Rest of the world – 8-15 working days
Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express – 2-3 working days
Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express Saver – 4-5 working days

Next day delivery

Monday to Thursday orders placed before 12pm midday will ship the same day for next day delivery (excludes bank holidays)
Friday orders by 12:00 midday are expected to be delivered on Monday (excludes bank holidays)
Saturday and Sunday orders are expected to be delivered the following Tuesday (excludes bank holidays)
Bank holidays and weekend orders will normally be shipped next working day.

Changing covers

Changing the red covers and keeping the small bearings in place is not very easy

Good quality piece of kit.

Nothing actually wrong with the mount, but with it being attached to the screen fitment, when the screen is at its highest setting there is a fair bit of vibration on the SatNav itself. The lower the screen reduces this vibration, but not perfect. The handle bar mount would be more sturdy but the SatNav obscures the clocks, plus you have to look down at the SatNav. So it's a trade off between eye level contact with a bit of vibration or a sturdy positioned SatNav.
