I purchased Evotech levers for my Harley Sportster to replace the original ones. After installation, I experienced a major problem with excessive clutch lever play, making the clutch feel extremely loose. To explain the issue, I contacted customer support Garry Tweeg and even provided a video clearly demonstrating the problem.
Unfortunately, instead of investigating or helping me troubleshoot the issue, I received a reply saying they have “one Harley” on which the levers worked perfectly, along with a few unclear photos. They didn’t specify which Harley model they were referring to, and they didn’t address the evidence I had provided or offer any practical solution.
What disappointed me most was not just the product issue, but the lack of customer support. I expected them to take my concern seriously, ask for more information if needed, or help determine whether the levers were faulty or incompatible. Instead, I felt that my problem was dismissed without any real attempt to resolve it.
I hope Evotech improves its customer service by listening to customers’ concerns and working with them to find solutions rather than simply stating that the product works on another motorcycle. Regards Karolina
