I purchased a set of brake levers for my Triumph that were advertised as ‘short’, but only one actually was. I pointed out this error in the advertisement to the Evotech team, but they refused to accept any responsibility for the mistake in their product description. As a result, I had to return the product at my own expense, which they also refused to cover. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially from a company of their reputation. Because of this, I will not be using their services again in the future.
