Ordering was easy, with great communication throughout the fulfilment/delivery process. Delivery was really quick. The fly screen is of great quality and really suits the bike. Fitting was easy thanks to the clear installation video on the web site. Apologies if it's already there and I missed it, but the only thing I can think of an improvement is if the tools needed to carry out the screen installation were specified at the start of the video.
