Main reason for getting these was the oem squash my little finger on the clutch side as the horrible soon to be binned bar end mirrors restrict your hand space on the bars. Ive had evotech shorties before on other bikes so knew what to expect and wasnt disppointed. 2 minutes per side to fit, very easy.
I had a low spill off, on 4 inches of gravel, thankfully I had Evotech crash bobbins all round which did their job. so I treat myself to some very classy short levers while I replaced a bobbin, Beautiful and really nice for small hand with short fingers . Excellent.
Nice levers. It would be nice if they came in black instead of red.
I bought a set of levers and lever guards and they were easy to fit and are a quality item, I dropped my bike slightly into my sister car and although there was some damage to her car the guard had no whatsoever and didn’t bend at all, would highly recommend them to all
Tolerances on this are very tight and the finish is impeccable. I'm particularly pleased with the overall packaging and the upgrade has seriously improved my fine control over both levers - they look incredible, too.
My only gripe is that the one-size-fits-all video is for a Ducati replacement and isn't quite the same process for my bike. It didn't take much to fibre out but it might stump new users.
Another EvoTech product that you need to look at twice to notice! It’s very factory looking, if you didn’t know it wasn’t, you’d only know by the discrete logo.
Excellent use it made of OE mounting points. The bracket is strong and powder coated, the actual screen is really well formed. Sat on the bike, you can just see two little ‘bat ears’ sticking up from the TFT screen. Cool! (If you’re a BatMan fan!)
A nice touch is that for this item they have used Torx fixings to match the BMW ones. Wasn’t expecting that and couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t find the right sized hex key….
Good quality
Quality product which fits easily and really improves the look of the bike. Only negative again there is no hard copy fitting instruction included. The video is helpful but have to reply it when the signal is weak is frustrating. Why not have instructions which can be downloaded.
So very impressed. I’ve been riding 30 plus years & hated lubing chains. To make it a quick operation, I made a piece of timber to fit through the handle on the lubricator & clamped the wood on end which is on the floor so I could hold it with my foot. This stopped it from moving along the chain. Operate the chain lube can with one hand rotate the wheel with the other. Both sides of the chain done in less than a minute. Brill
