Why fit an EP Radiator Guard?

Radiators are designed and positioned so they are not restricted to the open air and passing airflow, which cools engine coolant flowing through the internal radiator core. Unfortunately, radiators are also 'open' to damage from road debris. The EP Radiator Guard is designed to protect the Triumph Thruxton RS radiator's delicate cooling fins and internal waterways by preventing stones, grit and other road debris from bending the cooling fins or, worse, puncturing the radiator's delicate aluminium cores to cause them to leak. The result of which will be overheating, which, in turn, can result in engine damage.

  • UK – Royal Mail 48hrs to 72hrs – Expected delivery time of 2-3 working days

    • Rest of the world – 8-15 working days

  • Please also note that following the UK’s exit from the EU on 31 January 2021, we have become aware of some additional charges, which are payable when your parcel reaches the destination country. Next day delivery

  • Monday to Thursday orders placed before 12pm midday will ship the same day for next day delivery (excludes bank holidays)

  • Saturday and Sunday orders are expected to be delivered the following Tuesday (excludes bank holidays)
  • Bank holidays and weekend orders will normally be shipped next working day.

Thruxston RS Radiator Guard

This is the third product I’ve purchased from Evotech for my Thruxton (the other products being a tail tidy and brake/clutch lever). All have been manufactured to a very high standard. The design of the radiator guard is far superior to any others I’ve seen on the market. The product was with me within a couple of days of ordering it. I’d highly recommend Evotech’s products.

2025 Triumph Thruxton FE Radiator Guard

Awesome product! High quality (black) anodized aluminium construction and super-easy to install. Begs the question as to why Triumph didn't just equip this motorcycle with a similar product straight from the factory. Regardless of that gripe, Evotech gladly filled the void with a top quality product. If you own a Triumph with a liquid cooled motor and a highly exposed radiator (they pretty much all are "highly exposed") do yourself a favor and buy this product as soon as possible. The price, even with exchange to your local currency, is still a better deal than Triumph's price. And I cannot imagine the facory's build standards are superior to those used by Evotech. Get it now!
