Are EP Bar End Weights for my Triumph Tiger 1200 worth it?

Certainly!  EP Bar End Weights for the Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Pro are precision-machined from stainless steel, adding weight to either end of the handlebars to significantly cut unwanted high-frequency handlebar vibrations. The two part system, a bespoke design for this motorcycle, allows you to easily replace the handlebar ends whilst retaining Triumph’s original handguard protection. Fitting is easy, following the online instructions, with all required parts included in the kit.

 

Note: When fitting EP Bar End Weights and EP Brake Lever Protector Kits, it is the rider’s responsibility to ensure the motorcycle’s throttle action (correct free-play, smooth opening and closing of the throttle, etc) is not impaired in any way. EP Bar End Weights and EP Brake Lever Protector Kits are designed to be used only with the OE throttle tube and handlebar grip.

  • Europe – UPS Standard – Expected delivery time of 4-5 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – Royal Mail Airmail (International Priority):
    • Europe – 6-8 working days
    • Rest of the world – 8-15 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express – 2-3 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express Saver – 4-5 working days
  • Please also note that following the UK’s exit from the EU on 31 January 2021, we have become aware of some additional charges, which are payable when your parcel reaches the destination country. Next day delivery

  • Monday to Thursday orders placed before 12pm midday will ship the same day for next day delivery (excludes bank holidays)

Bar end weight for Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Pro

I installed these along with the matching crash bobbins, wheel spindle bobbins, and swing arm bobbin mainly for tip-over protection and to tidy up the OEM aesthetics. The materials and fitment of EP accessories is consistently good, based on my experience buying EP accessories for other bikes I've owned.
