Why should I fit an EP Brake and Clutch Lever Protector Kit to my Super Duke?

Born from motorcycle racing, but equally useful protection for road journeys, Evotech Brake and Clutch Lever Protectors prevent accidental application or damage of the brake and clutch systems – a great safety addition for any rider. For the KTM 990 Duke R, EP have produced a bike-specific collet mounting system, which includes both lever guards and handlebar weights in one easy to mount kit.  These are produced with Evotech’s high-grade materials of aluminium and stainless steel, finished in EP’s signature matt black powder-coating, in the UK.

 

Note: When fitting EP Bar End Weights and EP Brake Lever Protector Kits, it is the rider’s responsibility to ensure the motorcycle’s throttle action (correct free-play, smooth opening and closing of the throttle, etc) is not impaired in any way. EP Bar End Weights and EP Brake Lever Protector Kits are designed to be used only with the OE throttle tube and handlebar grip.

Next day delivery

The products are flawless and nice quality. Firm and durable. The bad thing about it is that instructions doesnt come with any product and it should have a manual attached to any product you buy so it gives you an idea. Im full evotech in protection so im happy.

Fitted the brake and clutch protectors in under 10 minutes. Their were no torque values given so had to take the bolts to f in/lbs/foot torque :) still able to move the protectors even when very tight on the bolts. They stay in position for riding but not very secure.

Matte colour and too long level

Hi. The matte finish do not match the rest of my vitpilen 701 black colour and the handle level is too long, 2cm shorter before 90degree angle for the front knobb. I live in sweden and do not want to return as the return process with customs is really bad.
