Featuring a bespoke design for this BMW, Evotech Bar End Weights for the M 1000 R include the double benefit of seamless integration with BMW’s bar end mirrors and tackling unwanted handlebar vibrations. Evotech Performance’s precise design includes specific features to ensure the BMW original mirrors are held firmly in place. Manufactured from stainless steel, EP’s weights are heavier than BMW’s OE parts, adding weight to assist the reduction of handlebar vibrations for a more enjoyable ride.

 

Note: When fitting Evotech Bar End Weights and Evotech Brake Lever Protector Kits, it is the rider’s responsibility to ensure the motorcycle’s throttle action (correct free-play, smooth opening and closing of the throttle, etc) is not impaired in any way. Evotech Bar End Weights and Evotech Brake Lever Protector Kits are designed to be used only with the OE throttle tube and handlebar grip.

Delivery

  • UK – Royal Mail 48hrs to 72hrs – Expected delivery time of 2-3 working days
  • Europe – UPS Standard – Expected delivery time of 4-5 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – Royal Mail Airmail (International Priority):
    • Europe – 6-8 working days
    • Rest of the world – 8-15 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express – 2-3 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express Saver – 4-5 working days
  • Please also note that following the UK’s exit from the EU on 31 January 2021, we have become aware of some additional charges, which are payable when your parcel reaches the destination country. Next day delivery

Bar end weights

Reduced the vibrations for me, I was suffering with numbness on my left hand I feel it’s been reduced significantly with the weights

The stock bar and bar ends had a big vibration, it was causing my hands to go numb after only a little while. After doing some research I found that these bar ends were what most M1000r owners were switching to. When they arrived I was surprised with how heavy they felt. The fit and finish looked really great. I did have to cut down some of the bolt as it was much longer than lathe stock but that was no big deal. Obviously you’re not going to eliminate all vibrations through the bar but these much heavier ends help tremendously. I was able to ride for longer with more comfort and at higher speeds. I also noticed the vibrations in the mirrors was much less. The real test will come at my next track day. As for now I would say these are a MUST GET upgrade for your M1000r
