I needed this as a replacement for one that had broken (I needed to adapt my windscreen phone / GPS bracket to take Peak Design connectors before Evotech had them available for purchase, so did some minor damage in the conversion - which resulted in a broken pivot bracket some years and many miles later.
This replacement is superb for my needs - it allows me to use my jury-rigged solution (which brings the phone a bit closer to me), but this time without the damage I inflicted on the original pivot bracket!
The pivot bracket arrived with all the bits required to make it work, some of which have been upgraded since I originally purchased the phone bracket. Delivery was quick, and the packaging made the whole replacement experience feel really special.
