This is obviously a well-made and solid designed mount. That's why Evotech is THE mount that everyone recommends. But, the customer experience from delivery to installation is flawed. First of all, it took 19 days for my order to be delivered. When I opened the box I was surprised to find that there were only packaged parts, but no parts list so I confirm receipt of all items. As for installation, I appreciate that they have an animated video, but I would rather have the option to download a PDF.
