Are EP Bar End Weights for my Triumph Tiger 900 worth it?

In short, yes! Evotech Bar End Weights for the Triumph Tiger 900 are precision-machined from stainless steel, adding weight to either end of the handlebars to greatly reduce unwanted high-frequency handlebar vibrations. The two part system, a bespoke design for this motorcycle, allows you to easily replace the handlebar ends whilst retaining Triumph’s original handguard protection. Fitting is easy, following the online instructions, with all required parts included in the kit.

 

Note: When fitting Evotech Bar End Weights and Evotech Brake Lever Protector Kits, it is the rider’s responsibility to ensure the motorcycle’s throttle action (correct free-play, smooth opening and closing of the throttle, etc) is not impaired in any way. EP Bar End Weights and EP Brake Lever Protector Kits are designed to be used only with the OE throttle tube and handlebar grip.

  • UK – Royal Mail 48hrs to 72hrs – Expected delivery time of 2-3 working days
  • Europe – UPS Standard – Expected delivery time of 4-5 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – Royal Mail Airmail (International Priority):
    • Europe – 6-8 working days
    • Rest of the world – 8-15 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express – 2-3 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express Saver – 4-5 working days
  • Please also note that following the UK’s exit from the EU on 31 January 2021, we have become aware of some additional charges, which are payable when your parcel reaches the destination country. Next day delivery

  • Monday to Thursday orders placed before 12pm midday will ship the same day for next day delivery (excludes bank holidays)

  • Saturday and Sunday orders are expected to be delivered the following Tuesday (excludes bank holidays)

Early signs are good

I bought these to try to counter excess vibrations at “motorway speeds” which leads to hand numbness.
Firstly these are so easy to fit and the instructions are faultless as always. A perfect fit and colour match for those who care.
No extensive journeys have been undertaken yet, but the early signs are good with a noticeable reduction in the vibrations, especially throttle-side.
A bigger test will be in the months to come when longer journeys are undertaken day after day.

I had real problems with handle bar vibrations on my rally Pro 2021, especially the throttle side, fitted the Evotech Bar end weights and I can honestly say it has reduced the vibrations by 90% + , would highly recommend
