Purchased a radiator guard. At the time of sale, I paid in full (including delivery charges). Prior to the delivery, I received an email and text from DHL (carrier) stating that an additional fee was required in order for them to deliver they package. All line items were paid up-front and DHL basically held my package ransom unless I paid the extra delivery charge. Hidden charges should not come into play when ordering online and all sales should be to cover your package with full delivery. Terrible business practice.
