What protection does an EP motorcycle radiator & header guard set give?

An EP radiator guard protects the Aprilia RS660 radiator from damage while allowing cooling air to pass through - and look good at the same time. A radiator's delicate cooling fins easily bend, and misaligned fins can cause overheating. The radiator's internal cores can also be holed by stones, etc; all usually picked up and flung directly into the radiator from the bike's front tyre or from other traffic. Leaking coolant will make the motorbike inoperable because of overheating, which can result in engine damage.

  • UK – Royal Mail 48hrs to 72hrs – Expected delivery time of 2-3 working days
  • Europe – UPS Standard – Expected delivery time of 4-5 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – Royal Mail Airmail (International Priority):
    • Europe – 6-8 working days
    • Rest of the world – 8-15 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express – 2-3 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express Saver – 4-5 working days
  • Please also note that following the UK’s exit from the EU on 31 January 2021, we have become aware of some additional charges, which are payable when your parcel reaches the destination country. Next day delivery

Great Product, **** Instructions

The instructions look like they were made with an etch a sketch… dang near impossible to have any idea what to do.
The product itself is really good though, looks great too.

Good product but instructions are rubbish

Product seems of good quality but feels strange nothing is bolted on and the guard just sits on the radiator. It’s hard to know if I have installed correctly as instructions are very poor.

Perfect Fit and Peace of Mind

Great product, easy to install (because I took it to a professional) and very sturdy. I got the frame sliders, wheel spindle bobbins, blanking plates, tail tidy, paddock stand spools and radiator guard for the RS660. All top-notch fit and finish. I am very satisfied with the quality of their products.
