Is an EP radiator guard really necessary?

Most definitely. An EP radiator guard protects the Suzuki GSX-S1000 radiator from damage caused by road debris, while allowing cooling air to pass through. The Suzuki radiator consists of delicate cooling fins and internal cores - these fins easily bend and block the passage of air, which can lead to the engine overheating. Also, the internal cores can be holed by debris, such as a stone. This is usually the result of debris being picked up by the bike's front tyre and flung directly into the radiator. Not only will this lead to engine overheating but slippery coolant on tyres can cause loss of grip.

  • Europe and rest of the world – Royal Mail Airmail (International Priority):
    • Europe – 6-8 working days
    • Rest of the world – 8-15 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express – 2-3 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express Saver – 4-5 working days
  • Please also note that following the UK’s exit from the EU on 31 January 2021, we have become aware of some additional charges, which are payable when your parcel reaches the destination country. Next day delivery

  • Monday to Thursday orders placed before 12pm midday will ship the same day for next day delivery (excludes bank holidays)

  • Saturday and Sunday orders are expected to be delivered the following Tuesday (excludes bank holidays)

Fitting instructions were a little vague but an way enough fit.

Good quality

I always install evotech guards on my bikes this one was just as good as the others. My only complaint is some of the new hardware (plastic ****) was low quality and did not unscrew at all when i needed to take apart my bike at a later dated and I had to drill it out which was difficult considering where it was located.
