What is Spindle Bobbins Crash Protection?

Offering protection to the wheel spindle, lower front forks, brake calipers and swingarm to the Suzuki GSX-S1000, EP Spindle Bobbins crash protection kits are made from engineering grade materials. The black bobbins sit neatly either side of the wheel spindle, held in place by a rolled-thread spindle rod. The durable materials of injection-moulded nylon and aluminium are designed to be first to receive impact should an incident occur, reducing costly wear and damage to your motorcycle.

great piece of kit

hopefully I wont ever drop my bike to find out how good these bobbins really are but from what i can see its solid piece of engineering. bobbins are very sturdy and actually quite heavy for what they are which means real protection when it matters most. very happy with them,they fit like a glove
