After buying so many different options for sat-nav and phones attachments over the years, I know what I don't want to waste my money on. The ones that came with my Sat-Nav were very strange and cumbersome. This Sat-Nav mount is perfect as it allows me to use the Sat-Navs strange meccanno-like anti-theft mount. On the tiger 1200 GT this Evotech handlebar clamp sits neatly and firmly on the Triumph bar clamp using well machined, matching replacement bolts. The whole thing is solid and money well spent.
Works really well provided you don't want to use a tank bag, easy to fit with different position options.
Shame I had to purchase this one as I had already paid the dealer to fit the Evotech screen mount before I collected my new bike, that didn't work at all well, if you wanted to use the adjustable screen in anything other than the low setting it would just return to the low setting whilst riding, even on smooth roads due to the weight of the sat nav that it was rated for (Tom Tom)
Seems well made and relatively easy to fit. Instructions could be clearer hence 4 star. I went for this mount s I wanted something fairly unobtrusive and lower down. I personally don’t like mounts above the instruments.
I went for this because the reviews of it were excellent. Arrived well packaged, this is a quality item, well engineered and solid. 1st one didn’t fit because triumph had changed the design of the bike and not told anyone but evotech were superb and changed the item straight away for one which did fit and refunded postage. The satnav sits below the height of the bikes tft screen and is solid, no vibration or wobbliness. Easy to fit as well with only basic tools. I would deffo recommend and will use evotech again
Great little mount. Well made an packaged. Fits the front two clamp bolts not the back as shown on the instructions. Not an issue but sits slightly further forward.
