What is a motorcycle phone mount?

For access to your smartphone on the move for applications such as audio and GPS, EP have developed the Quad Lock compatible Sat Nav Mount for the Honda NT1100. The bracket, machined from lightweight aluminium and reinforced with EP's signature black powder-coating, can be attached to the handlebar clamp using the step by step online instructions. With the quad lock mounting point already attached, the rider can add their smartphone within their chosen Quad Lock smartphone case.

Note: Quad Lock interface smartphone case, connection wire, and smartphone are not included.

Delivery

  • UK – Royal Mail 48hrs to 72hrs – Expected delivery time of 2-3 working days
  • Europe – UPS Standard – Expected delivery time of 4-5 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – Royal Mail Airmail (International Priority):
    • Europe – 6-8 working days
    • Rest of the world – 8-15 working days
  • Europe and rest of the world – UPS Express – 2-3 working days

Next day delivery

Good, but....

Good quality product (generally) from Evotech.

Couple of issues though -

a) the bolts that replace the stock Honda bolts aren't that great - they are very to shear; &

b) when fitted with phone in place (Iphone Max Pro 16) the parking brake catches it.

Otherwise - it's a good product.

Quad Lock Wireless Charging Head with Smart Connector mounted on Evotech Lower Mount

I first purchased one of these for my S1000R, found I needed one on the XR even though I had the Carpuride fitted to the OEM mount. Phone would run out of battery with no power supply and would overheat if left on charge in a jacket or tank bag. The Evotech mount fitted to the lower part of the handle bar clamp bracket provides a clear view both the phone and the dash. It's also really easy to run power up from the battery! I did this with the Quad Lock USB Smart Adapter as did not want the messy use of the DIN.
Great product, highly recommend.

Positions the phone well and easy to install, seems a little fragile being made of plastic but time will tell how it performs. Will report back
