Why is a motorcycle radiator guard necessary?

The Evotech radiator guard helps protect the Honda CB1000 Hornet radiator from road debris damage; damage that occurs when stones are picked up and thrown by the front tyre or other traffic. The radiator is predominantly made up of delicate cooling fins that easily bend; within the cooler there is an internal core of pipework that can be damaged beyond safe repair. Misaligned cooling fins block passing air and this can lead to the engine overheating. Holed coolant carrying galleries cause rapid overheating with a high possibility of engine damage. Leaking coolant can also cause loss of grip if it reaches the motorcycle's tyres.

UK – Royal Mail 48hrs to 72hrs – Expected delivery time of 2-3 working days
Europe – UPS Standard – Expected delivery time of 4-5 working days
Europe and rest of the world – Royal Mail Airmail (International Priority):
- Europe – 6-8 working days
- Rest of the world – 8-15 working days

Next day delivery

Monday to Thursday orders placed before 12pm midday will ship the same day for next day delivery (excludes bank holidays)
Friday orders by 12:00 midday are expected to be delivered on Monday (excludes bank holidays)
Saturday and Sunday orders are expected to be delivered the following Tuesday (excludes bank holidays)
Bank holidays and weekend orders will normally be shipped next working day.
