Used evotech for my 890 Duke and was so impressed that i have gone to them again for my 990 Duke. Cannot fault the quality and the fit even though there was an issue, which i am not attributing to Evotech. KTM have released a new 2026 990 Duke model and the tail area or the cable lengths i believe has changed. The indicator cable connectors will now not feed through into the tail section to the degree that the tail tidy mount will not line up with the holes. To get around this i managed to get the connectors into the tail tidy itself, which was very fiddly as there is not much space to start with.
I have used Evotech parts in the past on other bikes and always found them to be top notch. Unfortunately this tail tidy for the KTM 990 Duke isn't up to same standards especially considering the price. Although most of it is aluminium some parts appear to be plastic and fitting the indicators into the housing was impossible without me having to shave a few mm off with my dremel. The design also means the licence plate covers the indicators/brake lights unless you use the extra wide spacers they supply which cause the indicators to stick out quite far. Overall all I wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.
Fit and finish is top notch. Money well spent. You can find cheaper but you get what you pay for.
